诗词润心田，经典永流传。5月28日，上海星河湾双语学校“星有灵犀”社团举办了一场别开生面的古诗词大会。经过三轮比拼，八支队伍以诗为桥，以词为舟，在诵读经典、品味诗意的过程中展现了扎实的文学素养与青春风采。

为迎接本次古诗词大会，参赛选手们早早开始准备：整理笔记、背诵名篇、模拟抢答……社团成员们也认真筹备，从题库设计到流程安排，从现场布置到后勤保障，一步步精心策划，为活动的顺利开展提供了有力支持。

5月28日16:00整，随着社长汤惜黛宣布比赛正式开始，一场精彩纷呈的诗词盛宴拉开帷幕。本次比赛共分为三个回合，从基础积累到综合运用，层层递进，既考验选手们的诗词储备，也考验团队之间的默契配合。

第一回合为“上下句背诵”。选手们需要根据题目迅速补全诗句内容。从风雅婉转的《诗经》，到恢弘壮阔的唐诗；从婉约灵动的宋词，到清丽悠长的元曲，参赛选手们沉着冷静、对答如流，扎实的积累赢得了现场观众的阵阵掌声，也让大家感受到中华诗词历久弥新的魅力。

第二回合为“文学常识问答”。这一环节不仅要求选手熟记诗词内容，更要求他们了解诗人的生平经历、作品背景以及相关文学知识。题目涵盖广泛，充分考验选手们的知识广度和深度。面对挑战性的问题，选手们以“追风赶月莫停留”的劲头全力以赴。

最受欢迎的当属第三回合“你描述我猜”。选手们妙趣横生的描述引得现场笑声不断，而队友之间默契十足的配合也让大家赞叹不已。一句接一句的紧张配合赢得阵阵喝彩，比赛与互动相结合，使古诗词学习变得更加生动有趣，也让传统文化以更贴近学生的方式走进校园。

经过三轮激烈角逐，各支队伍都展现出了出色的实力和昂扬的精神风貌。最终，以下队伍脱颖而出：

To promote fine traditional Chinese culture, spark students’ enthusiasm for learning classical poetry, and enrich campus cultural life, the 星有灵犀 Club at Shanghai Starriver Billingual School successfully hosted an Ancient Poetry Conference on May 28. Eight teams from different grades competed on the same stage, forging friendships through poetry. In the process of reciting classics and savoring poetic charm, they demonstrated solid literary literacy and youthful spirit.

The venue was filled with a warm atmosphere and eager anticipation. The site was tastefully decorated, and club members thoughtfully prepared snacks for all participants, allowing everyone to appreciate the beauty of poetry in a relaxed and pleasant environment. As the host announced the official start of the competition with the words,  a splendid poetic feast started.

The competition consisted of three progressive rounds, testing both participants’ poetry memorization and team coordination, from foundational knowledge to comprehensive application.

Round 1: “Complete the Couplet”

Contestants were required to fill in the missing lines of poems based on prompts. Faced with familiar yet challenging classic verses, participants remained calm and responded fluently. From the elegant romance of “诗经” to the grandeur of Tang poetry, from the subtle grace of Song poetry to the refreshing cadence of Yuan verse, every line embodied the romantic essence of the East, refined over millennia. The contestants’ solid knowledge earned rounds of applause from the audience, highlighting the enduring charm of Chinese poetry.

Round 2: “Literary Knowledge Quiz”

This segment demanded not only memorization of poetry but also understanding of poets’ life experiences, historical contexts, and related literary knowledge. Questions covered a wide range of topics, from Tang and Song poetry to historical allusions, and from literary schools to renowned works, fully testing the breadth and depth of participants’ knowledge. Faced with challenging questions, contestants stayed calm, thought actively, and gave their all with the spirit of ancient poets.

Round 3: “You Describe I Guess”

The most popular segment was undoubtedly Round 3, which pushed the competition to its climax. Contestants described poets or poems using keywords, life experiences, and stylistic features, while their teammates guessed the answers. Witty descriptions kept the audience laughing, and seamless teamwork drew admiration from all. The blend of tense competition and lighthearted interaction made learning ancient poetry more engaging, bringing traditional culture closer to students.

After three intense rounds, all teams demonstrated outstanding strength and high morale. Scores seesawed back and forth, and the final results were only revealed after the last round. Ultimately, the conference awarded the top three titles of 状元 (First Place), 榜眼 (Second Place), and 探花 (Third Place). The winning teams stood out thanks to their rich knowledge reserves, steady on-site performance, and seamless teamwork, earning enthusiastic applause and congratulations from the audience.

While the competition has drawn to a close, the inspiration and reflection sparked by poetry continue. As a bilingual international school, Shanghai Starriver Billingual School has always valued the integration of global perspectives and cultural heritage. Learning poetry is not just about memorizing classic lines, but also a key way to understand Chinese culture, history, and values. As students engage with diverse cultures, they also deepen their appreciation for the profound heritage of Chinese civilization through classical poetry.
