2025年11月29日，上海星河湾双语学校第127期艺术沙龙 “弦之韵 Soundscape in String” 大提琴专场演奏会随着冬季的到来，缓缓拉开了序幕。本场艺术沙龙由李国霖（Alex）同学独立完成演奏，由侯茹青老师专业辅导，郭俊君老师钢琴伴奏，杜江舟老师（Ms. Judy）总指导。

      在本次艺术沙龙中，Alex用他的大提琴演奏为大家讲述了从巴洛克时期巴赫的 “无伴奏大提琴第一组曲，作品1007” 到浪漫主义晚期D·波佩尔的“音乐会波兰舞曲，作品14”的漫长音乐发展史。十首作品风格迥异，也都是各个历史时期中最具代表性的大提琴曲目之一，给嘉宾们带来了一段美妙的听觉盛宴。

On November 29, 2025, the 127th Art Salon of Shanghai Starriver Bilingual School, "Soundscape in String," warmly commenced. This cello recital featured a solo performance by student Li Guolin (Alex), under the mentorship of teacher Hou Ruqing, with piano accompaniment by Teacher Guo Junjun and under the overall guidance of Teacher Du Jiangzhou (Ms. Judy).

Alex's performance traversed the history of music, from Bach's Baroque "Suite for Cello No.1 in G Major, BWV 1007" to D. Popper's late Romantic "Polonaise de Concert, Op.14". Through ten distinctive and representative works, he presented the audience with a captivating musical journey.      

        在正式开始上半场演奏之前，Alex对自己的音乐故事和上半场演出曲目进行了简单的介绍：

“ Good afternoon, everybody, thank you for coming to the concert. I’m Alex from grade 5 class 8. I’ve been playing cello from six years old. I loved music when I was little, but I always thought playing cello was boring. I often wondered that why should anyone even learn to play an instrument?

As I grew up, my cello playing skills gradually improved, and the pieces I played get more complex and melodious, I started to realize that I had truly fallen in love with cello. Every time I play the cello, I always visualize the scenes hidden within the composer’s notes. As the music flows, I feel like I’m talking with the composer across time. The melody of the pieces always changes dramatically: sometimes joyful, sometimes sorrowful, sometimes frustrating, and sometimes depressing.

The cello deeply influences me, drawing me into the vast ocean of music. Although practicing the cello is not easy, my love for it  constantly reminding me that this is my passion, and I should persevere. Now, cello has already become an indispensable part of my life. It brings me calmness and fills me with joy.

Today, I will present several classic cello music pieces for everyone. Please enjoy! ”

    热情的快板，作品43，圣·桑

       上半场，首先是巴洛克时期的巴赫无伴奏大提琴第一组曲。巴赫作为“西方音乐之父”，其作品包含着深刻理性的逻辑美，他的六首大提琴组曲也被视作提琴的圣经，其中的舞曲来自欧洲各地，由法国的库朗特舞曲、德国的萨拉班德舞曲、法国的小步舞曲和英国的吉格舞曲等组成。巴赫大提琴组曲的音乐魅力就在于在看似简单相似的旋律中，蕴含着缜密的结构和深刻的内涵，而且每个演奏者根据自己的理解都能做出自己独特风格的诠释。

In the first half, we’ll begin with Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1 from the Baroque period.  As the "Father of Western Music," Bach's works embody a profound and rational sense of logical beauty. His six cello suites are regarded as the "Bible of the Cello," comprising dances from various parts of Europe, such as the French Courante, the German Sarabande, the French Minuet, and the English Gigue. The charm of Bach's cello suites lies in their meticulous structures and deep meanings, concealed within seemingly simple and similar melodies, Moreover, each performer can offer a unique interpretation based on their own understanding.

     《夜曲》，旋律优美略带忧郁，体现了柴可夫斯基早期浪漫主义风格，情感深邃。大提琴的温暖音色与钢琴伴奏结合，营造出静谧的夜景氛围。

Nocturne, features a beautiful and slightly melancholic melody, reflecting Tchaikovsky's early Romantic style with profound emotion. The warm tone of the cello, paired with piano accompaniment, creates a serene nighttime atmosphere.

       最后，在大家的掌声中，Alex和他的小伙伴陈惟楚Andy合作给大家带来了一首安可曲：肖斯塔科维奇的《第二圆舞曲》。

Finally, amid the applause from the audience, Alex and his partner Chen Weichu (Andy) presented an encore piece: Shostakovich’s Waltz No. 2.

 

      整场演出最终在Alex和Andy合作献上的肖斯塔科维奇《第二圆舞曲》的动人旋律中接近尾声，星河湾双语学校第127期艺术沙龙圆满结束。

      在最后Alex的专业课老师和妈妈也难耐激动的心情，特别上台和Alex一起向到来的嘉宾们表达了感谢，并为Alex送上了美好的祝词，祝愿Alex今后在音乐的道路上可以坚持初心、砥砺前行、越走越远。

The performance concluded with Alex and Andy's rendition of Shostakovich's Waltz No. 2, bringing the 127th Art Salon at Shanghai Galaxy Bilingual School to a successful close.

At the end, Alex's teacher Ms. Hou and his mother joined him on stage to thank the guests. They shared warm wishes for Alex to remain true to his passion and continue advancing on his musical path.
