跃动青春正当时：2025星校高中运动会

春风拂面，阳光明媚，4月24日，星河湾双语学校高中部的春季运动会如期举办。同学们积极参与，奋勇争先。此次运动会项目设有拔河团体项目，男女子60米、200米、800/1000米、4x100米接力的径赛项目，以及跳高、沙坑跳远和实心球的田赛项目。
开幕式
校旗随风飘扬，昭示着青春的热烈与蓬勃。随着国歌奏响，五星红旗冉冉升起，所有人肃然起立，心怀敬意。体育部部长陈诺同学发言致辞，鼓励大家以昂扬姿态展现永不言弃的拼搏精神和风采。随后，运动员代表与裁判代表庄严宣誓，展现了公平公正的承诺，也传递出奋力拼搏的信念。阳光洒满赛道，春季运动会在希望与热情中正式启幕。
拔河
拔河是本次运动会中规模最大的团体项目。十几位同学分别站在绳子的左右，蓄势待发。
随着哨音一声令下，队员们咬紧牙关、肌肉紧绷，寸步不让、坚持到底，以默契配合和坚韧耐力展现出团结协作的体育精神。场外师生加油声此起彼伏，氛围热烈沸腾。
径赛
60 米跑道上，发令枪刚落，运动员如离弦之箭般冲出，摆臂紧凑、步伐矫健，全力向终点冲刺，瞬间在运动场上点燃紧张激烈的气氛。

800米/1000米耐力跑的比赛也激动人心。选手们起跑稳健，最后一圈咬牙坚持、奋力摆臂，在最后直道全力加速冲刺。冲刺、加速、反超，赛场上充满了精彩和激情的瞬间。场外加油声持续高涨，见证着运动员以坚韧毅力完成耐力与意志的激烈比拼。正如选手顾梓和在赛后回顾最后冲刺时刻时表示，在最后能量几乎耗尽的时刻，是无声的坚韧推着自己向前，最后以微弱优势反超冲线，这次比赛的经验让他更加明白，坚持的咆哮远比疼痛更震耳欲聋。

春风拂面，跑道上跃动的身影与飘扬的彩旗相映成辉。这场速度与力量的较量，不仅是体能的比拼，更是青春热血的绽放。正如选手崔翊涵冲过终点线时的感悟：“紧绷的神经终于放松，欢呼声与紧张感都化作刻在心里的美好回忆。看着赛场上拼搏的身影，我忽然懂得——竞技的锋芒下，永远跃动着团队的暖意。”
“百舸争流，奋楫者先；千帆竟发，勇进者胜”运动场上的胜负终有分晓，但拼搏的精神永不落幕。愿我们带着这份永不言弃的劲头，在人生的赛道上继续昂首向前，书写属于自己的精彩篇章！
On April 24th, in the warm spring breeze and sunshine, the spring sports meet of SSBS high school was successfully held. Students participated with great enthusiasm in the tug-of-war team competition, track events (60m, 200m, 800m/1000m, and 4x100m relay), and field events (high jump, long jump, and shot put).
Opening Ceremony
The school flag fluttered in the wind, symbolizing the passion and vitality of youth. The national flag rose with the national anthem, filling all the hearts with reverence. Chen Nuo, the president of the sports department, delivered her speech and encouraged everyone to strive with confidence and perseverance. Athlete and referee representatives then pledged to abide by the rules of fair competition. With sunlight bathing the track, the spring sports meet officially opened with hope and passion.
Tug-of-War
Tug-of-war was the largest group competition in this year’s sports meet. With the blow of the whistle, the team-members, over ten on each side, spared no efforts to pull the rope, illustrating the spirit of teamwork and determination. With taut muscles and loud cheering, the sports field went wild.
Track Events
On the 60-meter track, as the starting pistol fired, the athletes dashed forward like arrows released from a bow, aiming straight toward the finish line. The field was electrified with tension and excitement.
During the 200-meter race, the athletes ran as fast as they could until the very last meter, demonstrating both speed and power.
The 800m/1000m was equally thrilling. The contestant started out with a stable speed and swung their arms more and more rapidly as they approached the finish line. The audience cheered excitedly as they watched the runners speed up, catch up other runners, and sprint for the finish line. Everyone admired the runners' physical and mental strength that supported them lap after lap.
Gu Zihe: In the last 100 meters, my body nearly collapsed—each step was a battle against pain. But a quiet, stubborn belief pushed me forward. The world faded to tunnel vision: just the track and the runner beside me. I passed him by the slimmest margin and crossed the finish line. Then I knew perseverance roared louder than pain. 
Finally, there came the 4x100m relay. The athletes started practicing exchanging batons in advance. During the actual race, they focused entirely on the track, seamlessly cooperating with their friends. The power of teamwork congealed into pride and victory as the final racer dashed past the finish line.
Field Events
On the basketball court, the athletes bent their knees firmly and hurled the medicine ball in a high arc, illustrating an explosion of power. In the high jump area, competitors launched themselves high in the air and soared over the bar. As the bar elevated, the competition grew increasingly intense. The audience held their breath and cheered loudly when an athlete overcame a new height. Meanwhile, at the sandpit, the long jump athletes were sprinting down the runway and landing steadily in the sand.
Cui Yihan: I could even hear my heartbeat while waiting on the starting line. When the gun fired, I sprinted with all my might. The moment I reached the finish line, all the tension, together with the cheers around me, turned into beautiful memories. As I watched everyone fight so hard on the field, I felt both the intensity of competition and the warmth of teamwork.
This spring features the lively silhouettes and waving flags on the sports field. The competition of speed and power marks the roaring youth and ambition, as well as the everlasting strength of bravery and perseverance. With this spirit, we will open new chapters of our lives - more colorful than we have imagined.
