Job Description

We are seeking energetic, passionate, and dedicated full-time teachers to join our international teaching community. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Teachers are expected to:

-Commit to a 1-year school contract.

- Teach approximately 16 classes per week, with each class lasting 40 minutes.

- Maintain designated office hours to provide additional support and guidance to students.

- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet students’ academic and developmental needs.

- Use appropriate visual, audio, and digital resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.

- Provide interactive and personalized learning experiences that encourage student participation and development.

- Prepare and maintain high-quality educational materials, including lesson resources, assignments, assessments, and examinations.

- Monitor and support student progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, administrators, and other members of the school community.

- Follow school policies, procedures, and professional expectations.

- Participate in professional development opportunities, including seminars, workshops, conferences, and school-based training.

- Contribute positively to the wider school community and participate in school events and activities as required.

 

Qualifications and Eligibility

Successful candidates should have:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

- A recognized teaching license/certification or PGCE.

- Native-level English proficiency.

- The ability to successfully complete required health and criminal record checks.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of professionalism.

- A genuine commitment to student learning and development.

- Creativity, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive approach to teaching.

- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of an international team.

 

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reflect each teacher’s qualifications, education, and professional experience.

The annual package includes:

-Competitive monthly salary, determined according to qualifications and experience.

-Housing allowance/stipend.

-Annual bonus and other applicable benefits.

-Full support with the legal Z-work visa, work permit, and residence permit process.

-Approximately two months of paid summer vacation and one month of paid winter break, in addition to applicable Chinese government holidays.
