??On June 27th, the Shanghai Star-River Bilingual School (SSBS) and Hangzhou-Bay Bilingual School (HBBSS) concluded their Leadership Workshop with resounding success.

??The morning session featured a presentation by Dr. Ashish Maskay, the founder of Bloodline. Dr. Maskay shared the inspiring role of education and community involvement in his life, emphasizing the importance of pursuing excellence and the effect that it has. Following this, Ms. Doreen Dou introduced the Medical Resource Guide to the attendees, providing valuable insights into available medical resources.

??In the afternoon, teachers formed discussion groups to review and provide feedback on the newly published "The Path to Excellence" Portfolio, focusing on ways to further improve the workshop.

??Mr. Pan Guanwen opened the session with a welcome speech, setting a positive tone for the presentations that followed.

?? The workshop included three summative presentations on curriculum integration, cross-departmental communication, and strategies to foster positive student engagement. These cross-grade presentations reflected months of planning and outlined initiatives set for implementation.

??Leaders from both schools then shared their prospectus speeches for the upcoming academic year, outlining their visions and goals.

?? General Manager Mr. Tang Qishi reflected on the day’s events and lauded the Head Teachers’ visions for school improvement and student growth.

??Superintendent Principal Tang Shengchang delivered visionary speeches that set the direction for future development.

??Dean Principal Li concluded the session by presenting awards to all the speakers.

??The workshop ended on a high note with a group photo, encapsulating the event's success and the collaborative spirit among the participants.
