2025 SSBS G1-G4 Autumn Outing

On October 16th, first and second graders set off for their school year's autumn field trip, their backpacks brimming with snacks and their hearts full of excitement.

Their first stop was the LEGO Discovery Center, where they let their imaginations run wild. Some became LEGO heroes, bringing their creative ideas to life with colorful bricks. Others hopped into ride-on cars, grabbing laser guns to rescue a princess. A magical spinning ride made them feel like birds soaring up and down, while the 4D movie and play area left them utterly enchanted.

Next, they visited the ChangFeng Ocean world Aquarium, as if stepping into an underwater wonderland. Colorful tropical fish darted around them like little fairies in flowery dresses. A slow-moving sea turtle glided gracefully through the water, looking like a relaxed old man. And when a mighty shark swam by with its mouth wide open, the children shrieked with a mix of fear and delight, their eyes wide with amazement!

The day was filled with endless joy, and the sound of their laughter and cheers made the entire trip unforgettable!

On October 30th, under the clear autumn sky, students from Grades 3 and 4 embarked on an exciting botanical exploration trip to the Greenhouse at the Shanghai Expo Cultural Park.

Inside the greenhouse, the students visited three themed gardens: "Sand Mirage" "Clouds Forest," and "Clouds Canyon." They were fascinated by the diverse array of desert plants, tropical flowers, and rare ferns. This activity not only allowed the children to enjoy a wonderful time in nature but also planted the seeds of a love for science and exploration in their hearts.
