Club Fair of High School:Creativity on Campus Gathering in Spring

Amidst the verdant springtime campus, where sunlight dapples the foliage and animates the spirited students of Shanghai Starriver Bilingual School, the second High School Cultural Festival was successfully held on April 11th.

The festival unfolded within the first floor of the activity building and the outdoor spaces. Indoors, long tables hosted a colorful array of school club booths, concurrently conducting a stamp collection event. As students entered, they received stamp cards at the cafeteria entrance. These cards were stamped by four categories of clubs; those who collected all four stamps were rewarded with special prizes.

During the indoor cultural festival, students engaged in various experiential projects, sharing laughter and insights from the activities while exchanging experiences and anticipations for future events.

The success of the cultural festival was attributed to the active participation and support of the students, thriving on the vibrant high school campus culture. Amidst the twilight showers, students not only showcased their individual talents but also enhanced interactions and understanding with teachers and club members, further cementing a wonderful campus culture.

Outside, the performance program commenced with fervor. Accompanied by the rosy floral scents, the Fountain Philharmonic Orchestra presented the "Phantom Suite." The classical melodies and elegant ambiance drew students outdoors. Subsequently, classes 12-6, 12-7, and 12-8 enchanted the audience with the dance "Swan Song," igniting the scene with their captivating performance. The Hand Extreme Home Club exhibited yo-yo performances, where the rhythm of the yo-yos harmonized perfectly with the background music, a spectacle of finesse. Next, the SDA Dance Club electrified the audience with "Monster," "Drama," and "Born to be," climaxing the atmosphere. The Starriver Music Circle organized band performances of "Foxey Lady," "Purple Haze," and "Voodoo Child," delivering a modern musical feast with tight instrumental synergy. At the performance's crescendo, the Otaku Dance from the Animation Club kindled the enthusiasm of all students, concluding the cultural festival's performances on a high note.

Following the second cultural festival club award selection, the high school student council will soon present awards to outstanding clubs across the campus. Students are eagerly anticipating these accolades.

Reflecting on this cultural festival, amidst the spring breeze, Starriver students sowed seeds of youth within the campus, destined to bloom into a riot of colors in the near future. May the campus cultural festival become a cherished memory on the path of growth, inspiring them to forge ahead, chasing the radiance of dreams.
